JustPerform Disclosure Management is a reporting platform designed for preparing, managing, and submitting regulatory filings and financial disclosures. It supports end-to-end narrative reporting workflows and includes built-in XBRL tagging capabilities to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

This next-generation disclosure management solution provides modernized narrative reporting and XBRL capabilities by managing reports and documents in dedicated workspaces on the Disclosure Management website and working with reports via an add-in that is integrated with Microsoft Office applications. It takes the stress out of creating recurring reports by giving your team one place to work together, securely and clearly. You can pull in data from different sources, combine it with narrative analysis, and keep everything organized in a familiar Microsoft Office setup.

Disclosure Management Website

The Disclosure Management website is integrated on the insightsoftware Platform. It is where you manage users, files, taxonomies, data queries, and workflows.

On the Disclosure Management website, you can:

  • Create dedicated workspaces for each reporting cycle or team, add users to each workspace and assign them appropriate access permission to the workspace.
  • Build data queries to pull data from your existing data sources, and set data refresh schedule to refresh the data queries automatically from your source systems. These data queries can serve as the data source for the variables you will need in your narrative reports.
  • Create milestone-based workflows and assign them to reports to organize the reporting process into manageable phases.
  • Use the Rollforward feature to create copies of your reports with ease. You can move your report from one period to another with minimal adjustments, maintaining the structure and integrity of your reports across periods.
  • Publish revisions of your reports to keep track of changes made to the reports.
  • Import SEC and ESMA extension taxonomies and create XBRL projects for your reports to associate the reports with required taxonomies.

Disclosure Management Office Add-in

The Office add-in of JustPerform Disclosure Management, JP DM, provides you with controlled narrative report creation and XBRL tagging. You can connect easily with Microsoft Office via the JP DM add-in and work in the applications you already use. The JP DM add-in keeps everything streamlined and gives you the consistency you can count on.

With the JP DM add-in, you can:

  • Add Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents to specific workspaces, where team members can work together to achieve certain goals.
  • Add a copy of a Word document as a report to start your narrative reporting with the familiar Word interface. A report can have an outline that is all customized by you. You can use the Section feature to group and organize the report content in the way you want.
  • Comparing different report versions with the current one to trace the changes.
  • Insert data queries that you have built in your workspaces into Excel documents as the data source for variables.
  • Create variables from numbers, charts, and narrative text in Excel documents and use the variables in your reports to create dynamic content out of a single source. No more copy-paste errors, the JP DM add-in gives you just one place to connect your words and numbers.
  • Review each dynamic content block and section in your report. This makes collaboration faster and more focused. The user role-based precision review assures that the right people are reviewing the right content, so approvals stay clean and accountability stays clear.
  • Tag, review, and validate your report against specific taxonomy.
