View Audit Log

On the Disclosure Management website, users with the Admin license type can view audit log activities of all users, for example, when a document was added by which user and who modified a variable. The enterprise-grade audit logging system captures every action within JustPerform Disclosure Management and creates an immutable record of all activities with advanced analytics capabilities.

User actions that are logged include:

  • Login/logout events
  • Document access
  • Content modifications
  • Permission changes
  • Workflow actions
  • Configuration changes

To view audit log:

  1. Select the Audit Log icon in the left navigation bar of the Disclosure Management website. The Audit log activities page displays, showing the time and operations performed by all users.

  2. To search for an activity, type the keyword in the Search box. The log list is filtered while you are typing to show only matched entries.
  3. You can click the corresponding button to filter the log list by workspace, document, period, user, and action. For example, to view log activities of the Delete action, click the Actions button, then in the filter dialog, select Delete and click Apply. The filter dialog (except for Period) also provides the search functionality to help you find what you need quickly and displays the activity amount related to each filter criterion.

  4. Click Export to export the log activities to a CSV, PDF, or Excel file if you want.
