View Notifications
When working within the JP DM add-in, JP DM keeps you updated for activities that are relevant to you by sending you real-time notifications. You can use the Show Notification command on the JP DM ribbon at anytime to open the Notifications panel and view details about each activity.
JP DM adds the following activities in the Notifications panel:
- Variable source removed
- Data query source removed
- Data query source unavailable
- Variable refresh locked/unlocked
- New document revision created
- File uploaded to workspace
- File property modified in workspace
- File moved from one workspace to another
- File deleted
- Workflow assignment to user
- Report milestone achieved
- Report signed off
To view notifications in JP DM:
- Open a document or report from the Disclosure Management website.
- On the ribbon, select the JP DM tab and click Show Notification.
- Type the email address of your insightsoftware account in the Login window if it prompts and click Continue.

JP DM displays the Notifications panel.
- You can search for an activity. JP DM supports full text search, search by person, and search by document name.
- Click Mark all as read once you finish reviewing the notifications.
