Publish Report Revisions
Your reports could be updated frequently. To keep track of the changes, you can publish revisions for the reports as you need on the Disclosure Management website. To view the changes, open the report and use the Revision command in the JP DM Word add-in. See View Changes Between Report Versions.
Note: A user with a Viewer license cannot perform the Revision action.
To publish a revision for a report:
- Make sure the report is not opened in Word.
- Do either of the following:
- On the dashboard, click the ellipsis of the report in the Actions column of the file list and select Revisions.
- In the details page of the report, click the ellipsis button and select Revisions.
- In the Revisions dialog, type the revision name and if you want, describe the revision briefly.
- Click Publish. When the revision is created, it will be added to the Download revision section, where all revisions you have published for the report are listed.
